In Bed all Day

I suppose I am very lucky that I have managed to take good care of my GI system during the year I have been in Ecuador. My luck ran out yesterday and I spent the night in the toilet suffering. Whew!

I am trying to figure out what 'got me', since Eric and Maya usually share my meals, but it may be one leaf of lettuce or a raspberry, so it is difficult to determine the source. What misery!

I stayed in bed all day. And suffered.
